Add Arrangement Bounding Volume

Objective

Add an arrangement bounding volume to add an arrangement point to a new object. 

 

Location

  • Main Menu → Avatar → Avatar Editor → Arrangement tab → Bounding Volume →  'Add' Button

   

Operation

  1. . Find and click the menu indicated in Location.
    → A new arrangement bounding volume by the name of “Pan” will be created in the 3D Garment Window and the bottom of the arrangement bounding volume list, and its properties will appear in the Property Editor.
       
  2. Set the arrangement bounding volume’s detailed settings.

    NameChanges the arrangement bounding volume’s name.
    MatrixShows the location coordinate of the arrangement bounding volume on the 3D Window.
    Arrangement BVJoint Name 0Sets the location of the joint where the arrangement bounding volume starts.
    Joint Name 1Sets the location of the joint where the arrangement bounding volume ends.
    Height (mm)Sets the height of the arrangement bounding volume.
    Radius X (mm)Sets the horizontal radius of the arrangement bounding volume.
    Radius Y (mm)Sets the vertical radius of the arrangement bounding volume.
    Hands (ver. MD8) Toggle on to extend BV's length to Avatar's hands.
      When this option is on, the BV will reset. 
    Feet (ver. MD8) Toggle on to extend BV's length to Avatar's feet.
      When this option is on, the BV will reset.

    If the order of Joint Name 0 and Joint Name 1 is swapped, the pattern will be flipped horizontally when it is arranged.
