3D Garments(*.zpac)

Objective

Save the 3D Garment, 2D Pattern, and Comment contents together in a zpac file format.

Save the garment to the user’s computer, or open and edit a saved garment file.


Location

  • Open Garment: Main Menu → File → Open → Garment 

  • Save/Save Over Garment: Main Menu → File → Save (Ctrl + S) (MD 6 Earlier Versions)

  • Save As : Main Menu → File → Save As → Garment 

 

Operation

Open Garment

  1. Find and click the menu indicated in Location.
    → The Open File window will open.

  2. Select the desired file and click on the “Open” button to load it.

Garment files (.zpac) and project files (.zpri) can be opened by double clicking them or dragging & dropping them onto the 3D Garment Window.

Work pieces are periodically saved automatically in case the program closes abnormally while a garment is being worked on.

If the program is closed abnormally while a garment is being worked on, a pop-up window saying “autosave file exists, do you want to recover the autosave file?” will appear when the program is run again.

Click Yes to load the autosave file or click No to refrain from loading the autosave file.

     

 

Save Garment

  1. Find and click the menu indicated in Location.
    → The Save File window will be opened.

  2. Select a place to save the garment file, enter in a name and press “Save”.
    → A ‘zpac’ file and a garment image file will be created, as shown below.

 

 

Save Over Garment

  1. Find and click the menu indicated in Location.
    → The original garment file will be overwritten.

 

 

Save as Garment 

  1. Find and click the menu indicated in Location.
    → The Save File window will open.

  2. Select a place to save the garment file, enter in a name and press “Save”.
    → The garment will be saved under a different name
