Troubleshooting issues that may arise while running the program

The following issues may arise upon running the program
  1. Sentinel HASP Driver failed to install properly



    Though the Sentinel HASP Driver is installed alongside the program, there are cases where the Driver is not installed properly.
    This can be resolved by referring to the link below and manually installing the Sentinel HASP Driver.

  2. Could not connect to the On-Line Authentication Server



    Due to the user’s network setting or firewall, connections to the On-Line Authentication Server may fail.
    This can be resolved by following the link below and using the Off-Line License Key issued.
